Introducing Cirrus Cloud VM/VPS Plans v2.0

January 2016, Cirrus Tech Ltd, a Toronto, Ontario based company specializing in private and public cloud hosting is proud to announce its version 2.0 of its popular Cloud Plans. The plans are based on OnApp cloud infrastructure and the resources are COMPLETE dedicated (unlike most competitors).

This collaboration between Cirrus Tech and OnApp software transforms Cirrus VM offering into a flexible, scalable and highly automated platform.

This new product (Cirrus Cloud VM 2.0) is the second iteration of Cirrus’ newly numbered plans. The first iteration of this plan was released back in Mar 2015 and now we are pleased to announce the second iteration just in time for the holidays.

The entry package (Barebone tier) with Single Core 2.0 Ghz CPU, 512 MB of RAM and 30 GB Disk space – starts at $14.99 per month and it would be $10.17 per month on a 3-year term sign-up.

What’s new in Cirrus’s Cloud VM/VPS Plans 2.0:

Tiered Plans: This is the first time Cirrus has decided to create plans geared for different needs.

Barebone Servers: This tier is designed for people who are just looking for servers for development, to browse from (Virtual Desktop or VDI) or maybe to run their accounting software from such as Quickbooks or Simply Accounting.

Business Servers: This tier is designed for resellers and larger websites that want to have dedicated resources. It is also a perfect fit for a dedicated email server which includes Anti Spam and Anti Virus protection.This tier allows for features like Control Panels, CDN, Autoscaling and many more.

Enterprise Servers: This tier is designed for mission critical and/or highly secure envirnments. PCI or HIPPA certification assistance is included. VPN and CDN all included in the price.

Improved Performance: Through better use of SAN technologies and fine tuning the server, we have significantly increased the performance of our new plans. This feature has automatically been introduced to our existing v1.0 customers.

Posted SLA: For the first time in Cirrus History, Tiers Business and Enterprise in our new VPS/Cloud Plans v2.0 are backed with 100% SLA.
