Their pricing is competitive, the packages they offer are comprehensive and the downtime is negligible. The control panel for managing site administration is the best I have used - fast and easy.

However, where Cirrus stands out from the rest is in the speed, quality and helpfulness of customers support. With some other hosting services you can wait days for an answer to an e-mail and don't even bother trying to call. With Cirrus, e-mails are answered promptly and I have even spoken to knowledgeable support staff on the telephone (which was answered within a few rings). I host a number at Cirrus and plan to move all my sites to them as soon as possible.
